Chile Visas
The information above is for informational purposes only. All travelers should check to see if entry requirements and fees have changed.
Who needs a Visa?
Citizens of the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe do not need a Visa, however a passport is required. The Chilean government will collect a reciprocity fee upon arrival to Santiago Airport: US$140 for US and Canadia citizens, US$56 for Australian citizens, payable in US currency or by credit card.
Following payment of the reciprocity fee you'll be issued a tourist card that is valid for 90 days and must be surrendered before departure.
Entry Requirements
- Your passport must be valid 3 months beyond intended stay.
- You must have tickets and documents for return or onward travel.
- We recommend at least 2 blank pages in your passport per country visited.
