Explore the bustling streets and squares of the largest historical centre in the Americas. Visit some of its most important churches such as the majestic La Compañía and iconic San Francisco, guardians of a stunning multi-ethnic artistic and cultural heritage. Drive through the traditional neighborhood of San Juan. Finish the morning at the "Panecillo" hillside with its breathtaking views of the old and modern city.

Following the visit to the hacienda, visit the indigenous market of Otavalo, the most famous and colorful in South America. Enjoy a fine lunch at the hacienda.
Leave Quito towards the south to visit Ecuador’s first National Park, Cotopaxi, home to the highest active volcano on earth. Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch in a traditional Andean hacienda or to visit an indigenous market (if available). Return to Quito.
Day 1.- Quito - Cotopaxi - Riobamba. After an early departure, driving to the south of Quito, visit Ecuador s first National Park, Cotopaxi, home to the highest active volcano on Earth. Continuing south to Riobamba passing the Igualata ridge on the Urbina moorlands, the highest point on the Pan-American Highway at the base of Ecuador’s highest mountain, the snow capped Chimborazo/ 20,697 feet (6,310 meters). Accommodation.
Day 2.- Riobamba - Alausí- Ingapirca - Cuenca. Start our day with a drive through some of the most picturesque indigenous areas of the country, before reaching the Alausí train station. If there is availability, sit on the top of the carriages for an adventure through the engineering wonder of the area known as the ¨Devil s Nose´. On the road again visit to the Ingapirca ruins. Continue to Cuenca for overnight. Accommodation.
Day 3. - Cuenca. Visit the prettiest colonial city in the country. After breakfast let its cobblestone streets, graceful wrought-iron balconies, and flowered plazas captivate you. Visit to the Banco Central Museum, which has permanent archaeological, ethnographic colonial and republican art collections, as well as old photographs of Cuenca. After this visit, go to Conceptas Monastery. The cloister, built between 1682 and 1729, was recently restored. The cloister contains an
unusual collection of religious art. A visit to a straw-hat export enterprise is scheduled in the afternoon. Lunch and transfer out to Cuenca’s Airport.
Day 1.- Quito-Jungle Lodge. Arrival to the Lodge n the afternoon. Time to relax. A delicious dinner will be served in a romantic candlelight-setting. Afterwards enjoy a special welcome drink. Feel absolutely comfortable in this lovely peaceful setting filled with nightly sights and sounds of the Amazon jungle.
Day 2. - Early in the morning enjoy breakfast. Board a canoe and start a journey downstream through the enchanted Amazon Jungle along the imposing Napo River. Arrive to Misahualli. Continue with the canoe-trip. Arrive to Arajuno River. Visit to the Animal Rescue Centre "AmaZoonico" observation of a great variety of species such as: toucans, all kind of colorful parrots, various kinds of monkeys, jaguars, capybaras and much more! Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch in the river shore, picnic style. Visit to a Quichua family and learn about their millenary culture and traditions. Accommodation and dinner.
Day 3.- After breakfast, return trip to Quito.
Day 1.- Flight Quito-Coca. Private land transportation and canoe ride to Jungle Lodge. Lunch. Refreshing bath in the lagoon. Birds and butterflies observation. Short walk after dinner. Accommodation.
Day 2.- Early start. Various hikes, some to observe birds, others in "terra firme" and " igapo" where giant kapok trees can be observed. Picnic lunch. After lunch two options of hikes. A low-pace hike along the Napo River or a demanding hike to observe the "titi" monkey. Canoe ride back to the lodge. Accommodation and dinner.
Day 3.- After breakfast, hikes along Lagartococha path. Once there, river navigation in the home of anacondas and caimans. Observation of squirrel and capuchino monkeys. Return to the lodge for a refreshing bath or nap. After lunch piranha fishing. Ride in the canoe through the Igapo (flooded land). Observation of slots and otters. Afterwards, up the tower to observe birds, Sumaco Mount and possibly some of the snow caped volcanoes of the Andes. Upon return to
the lodge observation of caimans, bats, nocturnal birds. Accommodation and dinner.
Day 4.- Early departure with the last monkey observation. Return to Coca - Quito
