How to Book
STEP 1 - Choose your destination
Read through our tours and treks for your destination of choice. Unless you are interested in a group package, you can start your adventure on any day of the year. Click on the Reservations link at the top of the page for that destination.
STEP 2 - Complete our reservation form
Fill in the secure reservation form as completely as possible. The reservation process is as follows:
- Reservation Details -- select the tours and treks you would like.
- Arrival & Departure -- fill in your information as best you can or make your best guess.
- Personal Information -- we need your name and email address or phone number to give you more information.
- Intinerary & Pricing -- we will automatically create an itinerary and pricing based on the information your provided us. This is only an estimate until we can confirm your reservation.
- Disclaimer & Cancellation -- sign our waivers.
- Credit Card -- enter your credit card information to make your payment.
- Travel Information -- enter your passport, travel insurance, and emergency contact information.

STEP 3 - Make your deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment is accepted with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
You will receive a reservation confirmation via email within one business day.
