Overview

With majestic views of snow-capped mountain peaks and exquisite beauty, Pokhara is sure to have you mesmerized. Pokhara is most popular for its lakes Phewa, Begnas, and Rupa. You can go boating on these famous lakes, explore the deep-seated mysteries of intriguing caves like Mahendra Gupha, hike to Davis waterfalls and the gorge of the Seti River, and visit the Tibetan refugee camp.

Itinerary

Day 1: Drive/Fly to Pokhara

In the morning, you will be picked up at your hotel and drive towards Pokhara, which is 200 km away from Kathmandu (4-5 hours) or fly to Pokhara which takes 35 minutes. On reaching Pokhara, you will be escorted to the Fishtail Lodge. You will have a guided tour of the caves, Davis waterfalls, the gorge of the Seti River and Tibetan refugee camp. You will also get a 1 hour boat ride on the lake.

Day 2: Morning half day hike to Sarangkot

Early morning, drive to Naudanda for a half day hike to Sarangkot with its magnificent views of the Annapurna range valley of Pokhara.

Day 3: Fly or drive to Kathmandu

You fly or drive back to Kathmandu. Afternoon free.
