Summary

One of the most exciting products we learned about was the Preferred Awards program. These are basically gift certificates starting at $540 for a cruise for 2 people that are totally upgradeable. What a great way to sell incentives to companies or a fund-raising item for charities!

Carnival pricing is the same for all travel agents regardless of number of bookings (but commissions increase with more bookings).


Other exciting changes:

• Wi-Fi will be offered in all shipboard public areas and suites by end of 2006.
• Cell phone service offered on all ships (roaming charges will be in affect).
• Carnival Comfort Bedding on all ships.
• Now sailing to the Greek Isles January-March, 2007
• Choice of restaurants on board, plus additional fee supper club
