What is OSSN?
OSSN stands for the Outside Sales Support Network. OSSN is a travel industry association that represents, supports and helps educate travel agents to achieve greater success with their travel business.
Education
OSSN sends a daily news email with the latest industry news. There is a monthly newsletter with great information on selling travel, new technologies, and hot products. Every week or two, OSSN offers a Webinar (on-line seminar) on a variety of topics like travel insurance, accepting credit cards, client database tools, etc. New members receive the Official Member Handbook with great travel business information. All of these are free to OSSN members.
