Serengeti Sopa Lodge (Serengeti)

The Serengeti Sopa Lodge is located in the Nyarboro Hills in the southwest of the Serengeti National Park and is the only hotel in this section of the Park. Being situated on the slopes of the hills the lodges offers magnificent views over the expanse of the Serengeti.

Serengeti Serena Lodge (Serengeti)

Serengeti Serena Lodge is set high on a hill with breathtaking vistas of sweeping grasslands and the unspoiled wilderness landscape of the Serengeti plains. Big game feed in full view of the lodge.

The lodge design is simple but stunning. Inspired by a traditional African village, separate rondavel "huts" house the luxury guest rooms that have their own view of the vast Serengeti plains.

Serengeti Simba Lodge (Serengeti)

The Serengeti Simba Lodge is located on the Gambasage hill overlooking the famous Grumeti River in the Ikoma Wildlife Management Area. The lodge has 13 uniquely designed permanent luxury rondavel rooms under canvas. Guests can go on a guided nature walk for $25/person and a night game drive for $40/person.

Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge (Ngorongoro)

Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge is the only hotel located on the eastern rim of the Ngorongoro Crater and is the only hotel on the crater rim with a swimming pool.

The patio is perfect location to watch the sunset over the breathtaking views of the crater floor far below.

Ngorongoro Serena Lodge (Ngorongoro)

The Ngorongoro Serena Lodge has guest rooms that are spacious with central heating, prehistoric cave paintings and balconies overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater. The furniture is created from rich hardwood timber.

Gibb's Farm (Ngorongoro/Karatu)

Gibb's Farm is a working farm located near the village of Karatu about 45 minutes south of the Ngorongoro Crater. There is a nice walk through the forest to the elephant caves and a waterfalls with a large variety of birds to be seen. This price is for the standard rooms only.

E Unoto Retreat Lodge (Lake Manyara)

The E Unoto Retreat Lodge near Lake Manyara resembles an authentic Maasai village but is completely luxurious. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have an outdoor patio. The lodge overlooks Lake Miwaleni and has a swimming pool.

The lodge is owned and run by the Maasai, and you can visit a local Maasai village to learn about their culture, hike to a local waterfalls, or bicycle around the area.

Lake Manyara Serena Lodge (Lake Manyara)

The Lake Manyara Serena Lodge is set on the edge of the Mto Wa Mbu escarpment, overlooking the Great Rift Valley and the stunning Manyara soda lake. Rooms are spacious and resemble Maasai bomas.

Tarangire Sopa Lodge (Tarangire)

The Tarangire Sopa Lodge is built as a low-profile structure, nestled into a wooded hillside valley overlooking Tarangire Hill.

Rooms have a private lounge with a mini bar, a bedroom with two queen size beds, an en-suite bathroom with shaver sockets and a hair dryer, and a private verandah which offers stunning views over the baobab studded landscape.

The unique swimming pool which is located at the edge of a rocky gorge has its own bar and snack kitchen and offers a refreshing interlude between game drives.

Boundary Hill Lodge (Tarangire)

One of the few lodges in Tanzania to be located in its own exclusive conservation area, Lokisale Village has set aside 164 square kilometers for walking safaris, night drives and fly camping.

Consisting of only eight very spacious individually designed rooms, the Boundary Hill Lodge is designed to offer as much privacy as possible.  Built in harmony with the environment, the rooms offer unparalleled comfort and quietly understated luxury. All have en-suite facilities with separate showers and five are double suites with cast-iron baths.

The swimming pool, which has the natural rock features as its walls, provides a refreshing respite from the rigors of travel.
