- 4 nights accommodation at Hotel Manaslu in Kathmandu double occupancy B&B
- 4 nights accommodation at Kyichu Hotel in Lhasa double occupancy B&B
- 1 night accommodation at Jian Zhang Hotel in Gyantse double occupancy B&B
- 2 nights accommodation at Hotel Gang Gyan in Shigatse double occupancy B&B
- 1 night accommodation in Nyalam/Zhangmu double occupancy B&B
- 13 nights/14 days camping including two men tent, foam mattress, kitchen tent, dining tent, toilet tent, folding chairs/tables (all trekking standard), sirdar, sherpa staff, cook, 3 meals a day during camping, gamow bag and conservation fees

Price Does Not Include:
- Bicycles and repair equipment
- Mountain bikes can be rented in Kathmandu for $10/day + $50-$100 for transport.
- Nepal entry visa
- Domestic & international airport taxes
- Lunches and dinners at hotels in Nepal and Tibet
- Tibet/China visa (US$198 per person for U.S. Nationals and US$114 per person for other nationals)
- Porters fee or extra vehicle required due to the landslide caused by rain or snow, personal travel insurance, items of personal nature such as bar, laundry, telephone, tipping, photography charges etc., cost arising from political disturbances, strikes and any other cost not mentioned above.
- Photography charges in monasteries and monuments
- Overweight luggage fee on flights
Local Payment:
- Local payment includes the airfare (Kathmandu-Lhasa), local transfers and park fees where applicable. Local payment must be made on the day of your arrival in cash or traveler's check.
