Itinerary
DAY 1: Morning flight to Lhasa. Arrive in Lhasa from Gonkar airport. Transfer to hotel.

DAY 2: Visit Jokhang Temple and Barkor Market in the morning, Drepung Monastery
in the afternoon.

DAY 3: Visit Potala palace and Sera Monastery.

DAY 4: Lhasa – Yamdrok Tso – Gyantse
Accom: Gyantse Hotel Meals: B, (6 hrs driving)
DAY 5: Gyantse – Shigatse: Explore Gyantse (Gyantse Kumbun, Peldor Cheode and
Gyantse Dzong) in the morning then drive to Shigatse.
Accom: Manasarovar Hotel Meals: B, (1.5hrs driving)
DAY 6: Visit Tashilumpo Monastery in the morning then drive to Shegar via Sakya.
Accom: Shegar Gueshoust Meals: B, (6hrs driving)
DAY 7: Shegar – Rongbuk. Drive over the pass and into the Rongbuk Valley.
Accom: Rongbuk Gueshoust Meals: B, (6hrs driving)
DAY 8: Rongbuk – EBC - Tingri. Take the pony cart up to EBC.

DAY 9: Drive to Zangmu..

DAY 10: Cross border to Nepal, meet Nepali guide and transport to Kathmandu.

Prices are land only per person in U.S. dollars for 10 days and 9 nights in 3-star hotels.

Price Includes:
- All transport from Lhasa airport to finish in Ktm. (includes all driver expenses)
- Tibetan guide from arrival in Tibet to departure at Nepal border
(great English + excellent cultural knowledge) - Twin share accommodation throughout. Clean and comfy 3 star hotels where
possible…local guesthouses when needed. - Breakfast only throughout trip.
- All travel permits. (required within Tibet)
- Entry fees to all monasteries and sights including Everest Conservation Area
entrance fees - Everest pony-cart to Base-camp
- Transport from Nepal border to Kathmandu (with Nepalese guide)
- Note: service finishes on drop off in Kathmandu
