| On the safari, our guide was a walking encyclopedia and told us about
mating, eating, migration habits, etc. He would spell the animal names
so we could add them to our photo library. It was unbelievable how he
could find animals for us to view. Having seen the migration on TV, we

Take a look at our sample itineraries, but we can also customize your itinerary and use a mixture of accommodations. You may want to photograph the "big 5", see the migration, or enjoy a hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti.
Many people combine their safari with a trek up Kilimanjaro or Mt. Meru, a trip to Zanzibar, or volunteering at a local orphanage.

Overview
You will need to decide how many days you have for your safari, and what type of lodging you prefer.
You will need at least 5 days on safari to get to the Serengeti. You can also fly back from the Serengeti.
